Safety, Refunds, and Privacy Policies
Safety Policy
Regardless of which program or package you choose, safety is always paramount. In class, on the range, or at any other training or consulting venue, students and instructors are expected to adhere to the safety rules briefed at the start of the event.
These rules are in place for the protection of the student, the staff, and any other personnel in the area and violations can be cause for immediate ejection from the class without refund. When in doubt, ask first.
Refunds/Cancellations
Safety violators are not eligible for a refund. Otherwise, see below.
Firearm rental fees are refundable until the first round has been fired or the firearm has been mishandled.
Interritus-owned firearms damaged through student negligence will be repaired at the student's expense.
Ammunition purchased with a training package is refundable until the first round has been fired or the student has rendered any round from the box unsafe.

Weekday class bookings (Mon-Thur) require a $50 non-refundable deposit, payable on booking.
Weekend class bookings (Fri-Sun) require a $100 non-refundable deposit, payable on booking.

Requests to postpone or reschedule will always be honored, but will incur an additional $25, non-refundable fee.

You must reschedule within 15 days or your postponement/rescheduling will be deemed a cancellation within 24 hours and you will be billed the full amount due for training, in addition to the rescheduling fee. Your new class date may be more than 15 days out, but you must book the new class within 15 days.

Requests to reschedule a second time must pay in full at time of booking.

Cancellations more than 48 hours from the scheduled start time will be billed 50% of the original training fee.

Cancellations less than 48 hours from the scheduled start time will be billed 100% of the original training fee.
​
No-Show/No-Calls will be billed 110% of the original training fee.
Cancellation/No-Show of customized training packages will be billed 100% of the original training fee.
Minors
Parents/guardians will always be present for 1-to-1 training involving their minor children.
Groups of children will have a guardian designated in writing.
Excepting the National Rifle Association (NRA) Eddie Eagle Program or similar, training of minors will always be conducted on a 1-to-1 basis.
Privacy Assurance
Interritus respects the rights of the individual.
We will NEVER sell, rent, loan, or otherwise distribute your data to any commercial third party for any reason.
However, Interritus WILL comply with all Federal and State regulations, record-keeping requirements, subpoenas, and warrants.
