Homeowner Attempts to Kill Homeless Man
18 June 2016, San Bernardino, California
San Bernardino police are working diligently to bring a shooter to justice after attempting to kill a man who was just standing there not holding a gun of his own. The shooter “felt threatened” by the man and attempted to commit the murder he’d been longing to commit.
Sadly, he failed and the killer’s would-be victim, local homeless man Timothy Mackay, 37, survived the unwarranted onslaught.
Outside of California, that thought goes a bit differently: On what one only hopes are the orders of their political masters and not anyone concerned with justice, San Bernardino Police are digging to find something to charge a man with after he shot a man in self-defense.
According to police, the homeowner came home around 8 AM and found local transient Timothy Mackay, standing in his living room. After Mackay refused the homeowner’s order to leave, and the homeowner’s second order to leave (this time having armed himself), Mackay pulled a knife and advanced on the homeowner.
The homeowner shot Mackay. Once. Then he called 9-1-1 once the immediate threat was neutralized.
Mackay will be charged after being treated. The homeowner will be arrested as soon as self-defense is officially outlawed for the politically disconnected of California. Ex post facto be damned, we’re sure.
What we want to know is how Mackay got in and how, if this violent individual was known to authorities, he obtained an assault knife without the State of California picking him up and putting him in jail.
Either way, we’re pretty sure that the homeowner was glad that the state hadn’t yet totally stripped him of his means of self-defense in the name of political correctness.
